The exact information for quark rolls can be found a little further down. You can also print out the recipe there and add the ingredients to your shopping list.

Prepare quark roll recipe
Knead all ingredients (if the dough becomes too dry, add a little milk)
Form 12 rolls
Brush with milk
Bake at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for 15 minutes

If your family likes grain rolls, you can add sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds or other seeds to the dough or sprinkle them on the rolls. By making them yourself, you can leave some of the rolls "naked" and turn the others into grain rolls - that way, all family members are happy!
Quick quark rolls for toddlers
If you want your quark rolls to satisfy even toddlers, I recommend that you completely remove the salt from the dough. That's how I do it in my supplementary food recipe for

Babies can be offered rolls from the start of supplementary food, i.e. around 10 months, but the recommended daily amount of salt is just one gram, or two grams between one and three years. Since ready-made baked goods usually contain a lot of salt, it is better to bake them yourself and add little to no salt to the dough. The other family members can, for example, use salty butter for the rolls - or simply spread a pinch directly from the salt shaker on the halves.

My children also like to take the quark rolls to school and are happy to have the freshly baked pastries there. Add the toppings you want, some raw vegetables and fruit and you'll have enough energy until lunch.
