Strawberry panna cottaWhy is it so popular? There are many reasons for this: the creamy taste, the quick and easy preparation, the endless topping options. I love serving panna cotta with balsamic strawberries. The fruity taste of the strawberries combined with the fine spiciness of the balsamic vinegar creates a real taste experience - and turns the Italian dessert classic into something special in no time.

Strawberry panna cotta is also a hit with children. Maybe it's because the turned-out dessert looks like a small castle guarded by strawberries?
