Bake: Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the dish for about 20-25 minutes until the feta softens and the vegetables are golden brown and tender.

Serve: Remove the sheet from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs and serve the dish immediately.

Tips:
You can vary the vegetables depending on the season and preferences (e.g. mushrooms, carrots or broccoli).
If you like your feta particularly creamy, you can press it down lightly while baking to make it even softer.
