Preheat and Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
Combine Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the drained corn, cream-style corn, Jiffy corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly mixed.
Stir in the shredded cheese.
Bake:
Pour the corn mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until the casserole is set in the middle and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve:
Remove the casserole from the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes before serving. This allows it to set further.
Serve warm.
