Brie and Cranberry Croissants

Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated croissant dough,
1/2 cup canned cranberry sauce,
4 ounces Brie cheese, cut into small pieces.
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the croissant dough and divide into 8 triangles.
Place a small piece of Brie cheese on the wide end of each triangle.
Cover the Brie with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
Roll up each triangle from the wide side and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Variations and tips
: For a sweet touch, you can sprinkle the cranberry sauce with a pinch of brown sugar or a drizzle of honey before rolling out the dough. If you prefer something a little crunchier, you can add chopped walnuts or pecans. For a salty touch, you can add a slice of fried bacon or a pinch of rosemary.
