Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1 tsp salt

For the Filling:
500 g (1 lb) minced meat
1/2 cup sweet peppers, chopped
1/2 cup spring onions, chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup carrots, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp bouillon powder (optional)
1 tsp pepper
Salt, to taste
2 tbsp oil (for cooking the filling)
