Greek Chicken Salad with Tzatziki

In a bowl, mix the chicken breast fillet with olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Heat a pan and cook the marinated chicken over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side, until cooked through and golden brown. Then remove from heat and cut into strips.
