Greek minced meat and pasta casserole with feta

MAIN INGREDIENTS:
* 300 g Greek rice pasta
* 400 g ground meat (mixed or beef)
* 1 onion (finely chopped)
* 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
* 400 g chopped tomatoes (canned)
* 150 g feta (crumbled)
* 2 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
* 1 tsp oregano (dried)
* 1 tsp thyme (dried)
* 200 ml vegetable stock
* Salt, pepper (to taste)
* Fresh parsley (to garnish)
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS FOR ADDITIONAL FLAVOR:
* 1 tsp cinnamon (a typical Greek ingredient for ground meat dishes)
* Paprika powder (for a slight spiciness)
* 50 g grated parmesan (for a crispy cheese crust)
