Preparation:
Season the minced meat, onions, garlic and 100 g cheese with salt and pepper.
Roll out the dough on an oiled baking tray. Spread the mixture on the dough, roll up the dough and cut into slices about 2 cm thick or simply bake it rolled up.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake at 210°C top/bottom heat for about 40 minutes.
Tip: You can sauté the minced meat beforehand and spread it on the dough, then the baking time is reduced to about 30 minutes.
