1οΈβ£ Prepare vegetables
Chop the onion, carrot and cherry tomatoes as indicated.
2οΈβ£ Make papillotes
Place a sheet of baking paper on the work surface.
Spread a layer of carrots and onions, season with salt, pepper and a dash of olive oil.
Place a salmon fillet on top, add the cherry tomatoes, garlic, thyme and rosemary.
Sprinkle with some extra olive oil and fold the baking paper tightly. Repeat for the other fillets.

Place the papillotes on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 190Β°C for 25 minutes.
4οΈβ£ Serving
Carefully remove the salmon from the papillotes, place on a plate and serve immediately.
