Brown the Ground Beef: In a medium skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
Combine Ingredients: In a slow cooker, combine the browned ground beef, chopped onion, chili beans, kidney beans, corn, tomato sauce, water, diced tomatoes, diced green chile peppers, and taco seasoning mix.
Cook: Stir to combine all ingredients thoroughly. Cook on Low for 8 hours.
