3 cups of wheat flour
2 teaspoons of dry yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar

3/4 cup of warm water

Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
Add the warm water and olive oil. Knead until you obtain a soft and homogeneous dough.
Cover with a clean cloth and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Divide the dough into small portions and form into balls.
Option 1: Fried Rolls
Heat enough oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry each roll until golden and crispy on the outside.
Remove and place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
Option 2: Baked Rolls
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the rolls on a tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Recipe 2: Vegan Pasta with Garlic and Parmesan
Ingredients:
250g pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup grated vegan parmesan
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
Chopped fresh parsley to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking water and drain.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic over low heat until golden.
Add cooked pasta and mix well.
Stir in vegan parmesan and a little of the cooking water to add creaminess.
Add salt, pepper and chili flakes to taste.
