Divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball or an oblong shape (as in the photo). Place the rolls in an oven dish or on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave some space between the rolls.
4️⃣ Second rise:
Cover the rolls and leave them to rest for 30 minutes, so that they can double in volume.
5️⃣ Baking:
Preheat the oven to 180°C 🔥. Brush the rolls with beaten egg 🥚 for a nice shine. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
6️⃣ Application:
Allow the rolls to cool slightly after baking. Serve warm or at room temperature. 🌟
