How to Make Lentil Meatballs

Cut the vegetables (onion, pepper and garlic) into cubes and sauté them in a pan.
Grate the carrot and add it to the pan for 5 minutes, when the onion has a crystalline color.
Once the vegetables are cooked, add them to the lentil puree, mix and add the beaten eggs. Place in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
