🧂 Ingredients:
1 kg (2.2 lbs) beef stew meat (chuck or shoulder), cut into cubes

3 medium carrots, sliced

3–4 potatoes, peeled and diced

2 celery stalks, chopped

1 onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp tomato paste

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp paprika (optional)

2 bay leaves

3 cups (750 ml) beef broth (low sodium if preferred)

2 tbsp flour (for thickening, optional)

1 tbsp olive oil (optional – for browning beef)
