For the Donuts:
2 ¼ tsp (1 packet) active dry yeast

¾ cup warm milk (not hot)

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

¼ tsp salt

2 eggs

¼ cup unsalted butter, softened

Vegetable oil (for frying)

For the Strawberry Cheesecake Filling:
1 cup diced fresh strawberries (or use frozen, thawed & drained)

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

⅓ cup powdered sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

Optional: 2–3 tbsp crushed graham crackers (for texture)

For Topping:
Powdered sugar for dusting

Optional: Extra strawberry sauce or glaze
