Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).
Sauté aromatics: In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and onion until translucent.
Add crab meat: Stir in the cooked crab meat. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Mix cheese base: In a bowl, combine mayo, cream cheese, and cheddar. Mix in the sautéed crab mixture.
Fill & top: Spoon the mixture into crab shells or ramekins. Top generously with mozzarella.
Bake: Place in oven and bake for 10–15 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden.
Serve hot! Garnish with parsley or a sprinkle of paprika if desired.
