A casserole that will make your tongue swoon! Sweet, tasty and nutritious

Cheese (less than 9% fat, and homemade is even better) – 500 g;
Sugar – 100 g; 2 eggs; Semolina – 50 g;
Sour cream (medium-fat) – 150 g;
A pinch of vanilla sugar and salt;
Dried apricots and raisins – 100 g each.
The casserole is prepared as follows:

Pour boiling water over the raisins and dried apricots. Mash the soft cheese with a fork, add salt, eggs, and a little vanilla sugar. Mix well.

Next, add the sugar, sour cream, and semolina, and beat everything with a mixer for three minutes. Add some chopped dried fruit to the mixture. Bake the casserole at 180°C for about 30 to 40 minutes.

This casserole is so tasty and nutritious that it's perfect for breakfast. Enjoy cooking!
