Ingredients:
For the base:
200g biscuits (e.g. homemade biscuits, oatmeal biscuits)
100 g melted butter
For the cream cheese:
500 g cow’s cheese (or mascarpone, Philadelphia cream cheese)
200 g sugar (to taste)
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
Zest of 1 lemon
