Ingredients
For the fondant:
100g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), chopped
100g (3.5 oz) unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing
2 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
75g (2.5 oz) caster sugar
25g (1 oz) plain flour (sifted)
Pinch of salt
For the raspberry heart:
50g (1.75 oz) fresh or frozen raspberries
1 tsp icing sugar
1 tsp cornflour (optional, for thickening)
To serve (optional):
Fresh raspberries
Icing sugar (for dusting)
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
