Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat evenly.
Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 400°F for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Cook until the Brussels sprouts are crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Enjoy!
Notes
No need to preheat the air fryer. If your air fryer is already hot, reduce cook time to 8–10 minutes depending on the size of the sprouts.
Oven Instructions: Prepare as above, spread on a foil-lined baking sheet, and bake in a 425°F oven for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
