• 800 g pork or chicken, diced
• 2 large onions, diced
• 2 bell peppers, diced
• 1 can of pineapple chunks (optional, for a sweet and sour flavor)
• Wooden skewers, for the shashlik
Ingredients for the shashlik sauce:
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 400 ml passata
• 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons oil for frying
