4 chicken legs, with bone and skin
1 large onion, chopped
2 sliced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of oil
olive 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
ground 1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
black 1/2 cup olives
greens 1/4 cup pickled lemon, chopped (optional)
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh, chopped coriander
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup raisins
