INGREDIENTS
1 round of puff pastry
1 album
90g jam
icing sugar to taste
PROCEDURE
1. Combine your album and your bike.
2. Cut the puff pastry in half first, then into strips about 2 cm wide.
3. Wipe the surface with the glass and create the pattern on the puff pastry with the jam.
4. Bake at 170 degrees with fan on for about 25 minutes.
