Pastry cream pie

To prepare the sand paste: Beat the eggs with the sugar, seed oil and vanilla extract. Sift the flour, chemical yeast for cakes and knead until a compact paste is obtained.
Separate a small part of the dough and spread most of it in the circular mould.
Preparation of pastry cream: Pour the sugar, cornstick, eggs and vanilla extract into the saucepan. Stir on the fire and add the milk. Stir until a creamy mixture forms.
Spread the smallest dough with a roller and cut it into strips.
Pour the cream into the mould and cover with the strips diagonally. Attach the edges with a fork.
Bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
