Cook the Bacon:
In a pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Let it drain on paper towels, then crumble or chop.
Brown the Ground Beef:
In the same pan, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Let it cool slightly, then mix in the chopped bacon and shredded cheese.
Prepare the Dough:
Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4–5 inch circle.
Fill and Seal:
Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each dough circle. Fold up the edges and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball.
Bake:
Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve:
Serve hot with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.
