In a small saucepan, heat the milk gently over medium heat. Do not boil.
Add Agar-Agar:
Sprinkle agar-agar into the warm milk, stirring constantly. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes until agar-agar is fully dissolved.
Combine with Strawberry Puree:
Remove the milk from heat and mix in the strawberry puree thoroughly.
Pour and Set:
Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
