Instructions:
Preheat Oven & Prep Radishes: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash the radishes thoroughly and discard the greens. Slice each radish in half lengthwise, from root to stem.
Arrange & Season: Place the sliced radishes, flat side down, in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the tops of the radishes. Season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Gently shift the pan around to ensure the radishes are evenly coated with the butter and seasonings.
Roast: Roast for 20-24 minutes, or until the radishes are slightly browned, tender, and caramelized around the edges.
Garnish & Serve: Remove from the oven. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley before serving warm.
