Strawberry Crackle Salad

Dissolve the strawberry Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.

Add 1/2 cup cold water. Let it cool slightly.

Stir in drained pineapple and sliced strawberries.

Pour into a serving dish or mold.

Chill in the fridge until it’s just beginning to set (about 45 minutes).

Fold in Rice Krispies (or pretzels for a salty crunch), whipped topping, and any extras like marshmallows.

Chill again until fully set (another hour or so).

🍴 Tips
For best texture, add the "crackle" mix-ins when the Jell-O is partially set, not fully liquid or it’ll go soggy.

Pretzels give it a sweet-and-salty vibe; Rice Krispies keep it airy and fun.

Serve cold and consume within a day or two for maximum crunch.
