Dissolve the strawberry Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
Add 1/2 cup cold water. Let it cool slightly.
Stir in drained pineapple and sliced strawberries.
Pour into a serving dish or mold.
Chill in the fridge until itβs just beginning to set (about 45 minutes).

Chill again until fully set (another hour or so).
