Old South Coca-Cola Pork Loin - Don't Lose It!!!

Prep the Roast:

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

Rub pork loin with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Place in a roasting pan or Dutch oven.

Make the Coca-Cola Sauce:

In a bowl, mix Coca-Cola, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar.

Stir well until sugar dissolves.

Roast:

Pour the sauce over the pork loin.

Cover with foil or a lid and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, basting every 30–45 minutes.

Uncover for the last 30 minutes to allow sauce to thicken and caramelize.

Serve:

Let rest 10–15 minutes before slicing.

Serve with extra sauce spooned over top.
