Prepare the avocados:

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, then scoop out the flesh.

Roughly mash the avocado with a fork for a chunky bowl.

Or blend with a little milk for a smooth texture (like a thick smoothie).

Assembly:

In a bowl or bowl, place the avocado chunks or cream.

Add the sweetened condensed milk, then pour the evaporated or whole milk over the top.

Sweeten more if desired.

Add ice cubes or crushed ice.

Sprinkle with powdered milk if you want a snowy effect.
