Creamy pasta with tomato sauce – quick to make and soooo delicious! 😋🍝

Preparation:
Cook pasta al dente in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions.
In a large pan, sauté the finely chopped red onion until translucent.
Add the garlic and chilies and cook briefly until fragrant.
Stir in the tomato paste and let it char briefly.
Deglaze with 100ml water and bring to a boil briefly.
Add the cream and stir, then stir in the oregano and basil.
Simmer the sauce gently over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add the drained pasta to the sauce and mix well.
Stir in half of the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Serve on plates, garnish with the remaining Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. 🌿
