Quick Carrot Rolls – No Yeast and Super Easy

🥕 Quick Carrot Rolls (No Yeast)
Ingredients (Makes ~8 small rolls):
1 cup finely grated carrot (about 2 medium carrots)

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (or use whole wheat for a healthier version)

1 ½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)

½ cup plain yogurt or plant-based yogurt (or use milk with a splash of vinegar/lemon juice)

Optional Add-ins:
1–2 tbsp sugar or honey (for sweeter rolls)

½ tsp cinnamon or nutmeg (for a warm flavor)

Seeds or oats for topping

Preheat Oven

Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. (Add sugar/spices if using.)
