Quick Carrot Rolls – No Yeast and Super Easy

Stir in the grated carrots, yogurt, and oil. Mix until a soft dough forms. If it's sticky, add a little more flour.

Shape the Rolls

Divide dough into 6–8 pieces. Roll into balls or slightly flatten for biscuit-style rolls.

Bake

Place on the tray. Top with seeds if desired.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and firm on top.

Cool Slightly & Serve

Let cool for 5–10 minutes. Enjoy warm with butter, jam, or as a savory side.
