π Marinated Pork Leg Recipe β Juicy and Full of Flavor
Ingredients:
For the Marinade:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar (apple cider or white)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)
1 tbsp fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
1 tbsp paprika (smoked if available)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp brown sugar or honey (optional, for caramelization)
For the Pork Leg:
4β5 lb (1.8β2.2 kg) pork leg (bone-in or boneless)
Extra salt and pepper for rubbing
πͺ Instructions:
Prep the Pork:
Pat the pork leg dry with paper towels.
Score the fat with a sharp knife in a crisscross pattern (donβt cut into the meat).
Rub with salt and pepper.
Make the Marinade:
In a bowl, whisk all marinade ingredients until well combined.
