🍣 Quick Sushi Balls (Temari Sushi)
Ingredients:
For the Sushi Rice:
2 cups cooked short-grain rice (ideally sushi rice)
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Toppings (choose your favorites):
Cooked or raw fish (salmon, tuna, shrimp – thinly sliced)
Avocado slices
Cucumber (thinly sliced or julienned)
Pickled radish
Cream cheese (small cubes or smears)
Sesame seeds
Nori strips (optional)
Soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger (for serving)
