1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice rolls lengthwise but don’t cut all the way through.
3. Layer salami, ham, pepperoni, and cheese inside each roll.
4. Drizzle with Italian dressing.
5. Wrap sandwiches in foil and bake for 12–15 minutes, until cheese is melty.
6. Unwrap, add lettuce, tomato, onion, and optional toppings.
7. Brush tops with garlic butter and broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crisp!
