Line an 8x8-inch dish or loaf pan with parchment paper.
Melt white chocolate gently (microwave in 20-second bursts or use a double boiler).
Stir in Biscoff spread until smooth and fully combined.
Mix in crushed biscuits and chopped peanuts.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
Optional: Drizzle extra Biscoff on top and sprinkle with more crushed peanuts or cookie crumbs.
Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours or until firm.
Slice into bars and serve!
