Strawberry mousse cake: the recipe for a beautiful and delicious dessert😍

Cookies: Mix one egg with sugar. Then mix the vanilla extract, milk, and oil. Sift and add the flour and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
Mousse: Dissolve the gelatin in cold water. Then chop the white chocolate and place it in a bowl. Add the gelatin, warm milk, and strawberry pulp. Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes.
Whip the cream with the icing sugar and add it to the mixture.
Pour over the base and freeze for 1 hour.
Gelatin: Dissolve the gelatin in water. Then mix the pulp with the icing sugar and gelatin.
Pour the gelatin over the cake and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.
