* ingredients :
° 6 pieces of bacon
° 2 tablespoons olive oil
° 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken (thick in size, like chicken breast)
° Salt and Pepper
° 1 teaspoon garlic powder
° 1 tablespoon butter
° 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
° 4 small tomatoes (cut into cubes)
° 2 cups spinach
° 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
° 1 tsp seasoning italian (more, if desired)
° 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
° 1/2 tsp salt
° 1.5 c heavy cream
° 1 cup Parmesan cheese (more for garnish)
