Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brown the beef in a skillet with diced onion. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and a splash of water; cook for 2–3 minutes until well-mixed.
Line a muffin tin with wonton wrappers or press in mini tortillas to form cups.
Spoon the beef mixture into each cup and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are crispy and cheese is melted.
Top with sour cream, salsa, or your favorite toppings and serve warm.
