Strawberry Roulade (Strawberry Cream Roll)

Ingredients for the sponge cake:

4 eggs

120 g sugar

1 sachet vanilla sugar

1 pinch of salt

100 g flour

20 g cornstarch (cornstarch)

1 tsp baking powder

For the filling:

300 ml heavy cream

250 g mascarpone or cream cheese

2 tbsp powdered sugar

200–250 g strawberries (fresh, washed, chopped, or pureed)

Optional: Strawberry jam
