Ingredients: •360g flour •1/2 tbsp dried instant yeast •40g melted butter •220ml warm milk •40g sugar •1 ​​tbsp vanilla flavoring •1/2 tsp orange blossom water

👇 To continue reading, scroll down and click Next 👇 1/ In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, orange blossom water, vanilla, melted butter, and warm milk. Knead everything for 10 minutes in the mixer until a ball of dough forms.

2/ Cover with a cloth and let the dough rise for one hour in a warm place.

3/ Degas the dough, roll it out to 2-3 cm thick, then form circles with a cookie cutter, as well as smaller circles inside the larger ones.

4/ Let the donuts rest and double in size for about 1 hour.

5/ Bake the donuts in hot sunflower oil, but not too hot (the donuts may overcook on the outside and undercook on the inside).

6/ Place the donuts on paper towels and coat them with sugar.

7/ Make three holes in the donuts (with a piping bag or a straw), then use a piping bag to fill the donuts with the spread.
