Ingredients

For the Kofta:

1 cup red lentils (soaked for 30 minutes)
1 onion (150 g, grated)
1 potato (300 g, grated)
A drizzle of olive oil
70 g grated carrots
20 g minced garlic
10 g chopped cilantro and parsley
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon coriander
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the white sauce:

1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt (120 g)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (120 g)
5 g grated garlic
Salt and black pepper, to taste To taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
For the hot sauce:

2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons chili flakes
1/4 cup vinegar
