Chicken tortilla rolls.

⭐️ Ingredients:
2 cooked chicken breasts (or ~2 cups shredded chicken)

4 large flour tortillas (8–10 inch)

200g (7 oz) cream cheese, softened

½ cup grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese

2–3 tbsp mayonnaise (optional for extra creaminess)

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

2 green onions, finely chopped (optional)

½ cup chopped bell peppers or jalapeños (optional for crunch or heat)

Fresh herbs (parsley, coriander, or dill – optional)

🔪 Instructions:
1. Prep the Chicken:
Shred the cooked chicken finely. You can use rotisserie chicken, grilled chicken, or leftover roasted chicken.

2. Make the Filling:
In a large bowl, mix:

Shredded chicken

Cream cheese

Grated cheese

Mayo (if using)

Garlic powder

Salt, pepper

Green onions and other optional add-ins like peppers or herbs.
