Churros Cheesecake Donut Cookies

→ Knead everything into a smooth dough, chill for 30 minutes!

🧀 Filling:

100g cream cheese

2 tbsp powdered sugar

1 tsp lemon juice
→ Stir until creamy. 😍

🍩 Shapes:
Roll out the dough, cut out circles, add a dollop of cheesecake cream, and cover with a second circle – press the edges firmly (like mini donuts, but filled 👌).

🔥 Bake:
180°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 12–15 minutes – until light golden brown.

🎉 Churro Magic:
Dish them in melted butter while still warm, then dip them in a cinnamon-sugar mixture. YES. DIP them in. 🛁✨
