Prepare the base:

Finely crumble the cookies (e.g., in a blender or with a freezer bag and rolling pin).

Mix with the melted butter.

Press the mixture into a springform pan (24–26 cm in diameter) lined with baking paper.

Chill for about 30 minutes.

Prepare the frosting:

Blend the cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.

Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold in.

Spread the frosting evenly on the biscuit base.

Decorate (Stars & Stripes Design):

Place a square of blueberries in the top left corner (for the "star area").

Line the rest of the cake with strawberry slices in stripes to represent the American flag.

If you like, you can use white marshmallows or white chocolate shavings as "white stripes."

Chill:

Let the cake set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).

πŸŽ† Tip:
For a firmer consistency, you can mix 1 packet of gelatin or 1 teaspoon of agar-agar into the frosting (prepare according to the package instructions).
