1. Combine all ingredients (except vinegar) in a bowl.
2. Pour the mixture into a large glass jar.
3. Add vinegar until the solids are fully covered (aim for about 2/3 solids to 1/3 vinegar).
4. Seal the jar tightly and shake thoroughly.
5. Store it in a cool, dark place for 2 weeks, shaking or stirring daily.
6. After two weeks, strain the mixture using a cheesecloth or fine strainer.
7. Pour the liquid into a glass bottle and seal. Refrigeration is not required.
How to Take It

- For daily wellness: Take 1 tablespoon a day.
- During illness or infection: Take 5 to 6 tablespoons throughout the day.
