Pepperoni Pizza Pockets

🍕 Pepperoni Pizza Pockets
Ingredients:

1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)

20–30 slices pepperoni

1 egg (for egg wash)

Optional: Italian seasoning, garlic powder, grated Parmesan for topping

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Cut it into 4–6 equal rectangles (or circles if using a biscuit cutter).
