Pepperoni Pizza Pockets

On one half of each dough piece, spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce.

Add a few slices of pepperoni and a generous pinch of mozzarella cheese.

Fold the other half over and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.

Brush with egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water). Optional: sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan.

Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.

Cool slightly, then serve with warm pizza sauce on the side for dipping.

Tips & Variations:

Add extras like cooked sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms, or olives.

Use crescent roll dough for a flakier texture.

Make them mini-sized for appetizers!
